Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a plant very rich in healthy antioxidants and bioactive plant compounds originary from India. It is grown also in other regions of the world such as Southamerica.

It is consumed as a powder made from dried moringa leaves. Its tasty green flavour reminds of spinach and contains:
